
This is the easiest way of making CHANA with a very very less ingredients and that too a very basic which is easily available in our pantry everyday.
Even a new to kitchen can make this.
Ingredients:
1 cup Boiled chickpeas (Kabuli chana)
1 TSP mustard seeds ( rai/sarson)
1/2 TSP Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 TSP Red chilli powder (Laal Mirch powder)
1/2 TSP Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 TSP Lemon juice
Hing one pinch (asafoetida).
SALT to Taste.
Steps:-


Take a pan or kadhai and add 2 TBspn of Oil.
Ones the oil is Hot, add in Jeera and mustard seeds ,let them splutter.
Add a pinch of Hing ( asafoetida).
Now add chopped onions and fry till translucent.
Now add Haldi and Mirch powder n give it a nice mix.
Cook all for a minute and add the boiled chickpeas, add Salt according to your taste , 1 TSP of lemon juice .
Mix well,cover and cook for another one minute.

It’s ready, just garnish with Fresh coriander leaves.
You can enjoy this chana fry with Poori/ parathas or just have it with Daal and Rice.
It’s really easy, ready in minutes with less effort.
